Kranjska Gora offers many opportunities for a variety of winter activities:

SKIING

The RTC ski lifts Kranjska Gora offer beautiful and well-arranged ski slopes for all types of skiers. For children and beginners we recommend ski slopes in Podkoren. For recreational skiers we recommend ski slopes in Kranjska Gora. And for more demanding and well trained skiers there is a ski slope Poligon in Podkoren, which every year hosts the Ski World Cup for men.                                                                                                                                   

Night skiing is possible every day (except Monday) from 7 pm - 10 pm in Kranjska Gora.

SLEDDING

We recommend sledding on a sledding track in Gozd Martuljek, it is also possible to rent sledges and transport to the top of the track with the Julijana tourist agency.

You can also go sledding on a new sledding track in Kranjska Gora (next to the park for snowboarders) or in Krnica.

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING

Cross-country skiing trails are every year well prepared and go close to our apartment. Cross-country skiing is possible in Kranjska Gora, Gozd Martuljek and Rateče- Planica with the link with Italy).

ICE-SKATING

During winter, ice skating is possible on artificially made rinks in the center of Kranjska Gora and outside the hotel Lek in Kranjska Gora, as well as on the basketball court in Gozd Martuljek and on the natural lake Ledine in Rateče.
